i appreciated the convenient location, as it made exploring so easy. the team ensured my experience was lovely. everyone was very cute and helpful, even making me feel at home.
the room was quite small, and there was up lighting on the windows all night, so the room wasn't fully dark.

The bathroom was not clean. I observed marks on the toilet upon arrival. I requested a second cleaning, but the marks remained. Dust was also present in the room. I found this unacceptable given the price.

The hotel is in a great location. It is a short walking distance from most of the city's main sites. The staff were very nice. Pierro at the reception gave excellent and kind service.
The hotel did not put up Christmas decorations. Other hotels had decorations when I visited in December. The room was quite small. There was up lighting on the windows all night. The room was not fully dark.
